A: No, you can't, you need a smartphone. But don't buy it. Looks cool but it's bad, google Yuneec Flyaway or Breeze flyaway. When this happens the company will blame you for get away from honoring their warranty.
A: Just return it and dont buy the same one again, almost every single one is defective, so was mine, there is many other brands available

A: It has digital video stabilization in 1080 mode, but not in 4k.
