Yves - Soft Error (Ver. 2) - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

After going through emotional fractures, Yves faces the world with a changed sense of self- but the world doesn't catch up. In a misaligned reality, she grows quieter. Her emotions settle, then solidify. Soft Error captures subtle glitches in the emotional system- intentional pauses, quiet distance, unexpressed truths. Yves no longer feels the need to explain. She simply exists, as she is. And that's enough. Package includes CD & Sleeve, Photocards, Photobook, Sticker Pack, Scanterron, Poster (First-Press Limited), Door Hanger. Album Tracks 1. White Cat 2. Soap (Feat. Pinkpantheress) 3. Aibo (Feat. Bratty) 4. Do You Feel It Like I Touch 5. Study 6. Mom

Vinyl LP pressing. A companion piece to 2018's Listening To Pictures, this second volume in the pentimento series presents eight new tracks by the music visionary, continuing his lifelong exploration of the possibilities of recombination and musical gene-splicing. Pentimento is defined as the 'reappearance in a painting of earlier images, forms, or strokes that have been changed and painted over' and this is evident in the innovative production style that 'paints with sound' using overlapping nuances to create an undefinable and intoxicating new palette. Album Tracks 1. Fearless 2. Moons of Titan 3. Unknown Wish 4. Delicado 5. Reykjavik 6. Cool Down Coda 7. Lunar 8. Timeless

Yves' 4th EP [NAIL] shifts the focus from the Inchinner selfInch to the body-capturing it's changing states through sensation. Here, sensation isn't just a feeling, but the moment something fits so naturally that it needs no explanation. Some sensations are universal; others belong to one person alone. And sometimes, even a feeling that clashes with your own taste still has a strange, persuasive pull. When placed in front of taste and sensation, the usual boundaries-nation, race, gender, language-start to dissolve. You don't need shared words for a sensation to connect people, even if only for a moment. This EP looks toward that point of connection. Instead of defining what sensation is, it records the moments where it aligns and becomes shared. The sound doesn't anchor itself to one clear center-it moves, shifts, and flows, tracing Yves' own evolving sensory world. Album Tracks 1. It 2. Halo 3. Nail 4. Break It 5. Birth 6.
