This range hood is performing beyond our expectations. It’s moving air and other unwanted and overpowering cooking odors out quietly and efficiently. It’s also making our kitchen look really beautiful and complements our other new appliances. Investment well spent! We just love it.

Hood itself is fine but the mesh filter arrived broken.

This looks and works great! More exhaust power and options than I have ever had. The only problem we had in the installation was that the instructions to prepare for the installation did not adequately inform us of exactly where the electrical outlet needed to be, the added problem of having a tile wall instead of drywall or wood, and additional items that we needed to provide or pay the installers for to complete their task

Product arrived with missing holes for placement of filter grills and had to cut by hand to finish installation after a lengthy kitchen remodeling. Quite noisy during operation even at lowest fan setting. Good lighting but the noise overcomes this nice feature.

Excellent, efficient with reasonable price. Professionally installed. Installer was happy to install. I have no regrets with this purchase.

This hood has been amazing! Tons of power Choices and minimal noise.

Happy to have found this at Best Buy. Another store told me it would take at least 8 months get in. Best Buy sent within 30 days. Unit works well.

the company sent me the Hood without The chip which make it to wifi why will they ship this out without the parts and then argue that the chimney is working what if the wifi is not there when asked about the ETA OF THE CHIP FIRST WAS GIVEN A DATE OF 15TH SEPT NOW THEY SAY OCT AND TILL THEN THE RETURN DATE WOULD BE EXPIRED AND NOW TO REMOVE THE CHIMNEY WILL SPOIL THE WALL WHO IS RESPONSIBLE BEST BUY SHOULD TAKE A NOTE ON THIS IF YOU NEED GET IN TOUCH WITH NE FEEL CHEATED

Purchased it from the in home design salesman from Best Buy. Installers showed up, drill holes on my wall, installed it, and then they said that it was defective, it would not turn on. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 1111
