Zephr Hood
It was a returned item. Someone installed it, took it out, damaged it, and returned it. I got the returned item. Best Buy should have checked first and shipped it to me but they didn't. The hood is working, but it was uneven when I installed it. I would like to return it, but it will take another month to receive it. I rather just keep it with not happy about the product. I will not recommend anyone buy from Pacific Sell.

Oven
Product great. Your logistics in delivery and the delivery installers were a one star. I have not re sure before but the people who installed my oven scratched the new hardwood floors. The oven was dented in and we know have to wait a long time for another oven plus pay fir the hardwood installer to fix the floors.
