Does a great job kneading, makes the perfect size bread for 1-2 people. But, I prefer baking the bread in the oven.

This bread machine replaced a 20-year old Panasonic bread machine. For many years I heard that Zojirushi makes the best bread machines, and I'm very happy with my purchase. It makes 1 lb. loaves, which is perfect for our 2 person family. I've used it 3-4 times a week with many different recipes, and all loaves have turned out perfect. The small footprint is nice, as is the carrying handle, since I don't keep the bread machine out on the counter. Other than the bread settings, it has settings for dough, rolls, pizza, soft pretzels, cookies, pasta, cakes, and jam (I've not used these settings yet). This bread machine wasn't available in my local Best Buy stores, so it was shipped to me. The shipping was prompt, and the bread machine arrived in perfect condition.

Are You Kidding? We Love This Thing! We're having a ball with this machine. Its just the two of us so the profile is just what we wanted. We didn't need another large counter top device. It make basically a half a loaf of bread, which is great. We don't eat a lot of bread. And its so fun to experiment! We have also used it from the manual to make pizza dough. Excellent. Try their online recipes. Make sure the recipe is for the size of your machine.

Perfect for two people. Got tired of wasting stale bread, so can have fresh bread any time. Also great to make a loaf in hot summer time instead of using oven, Has extra features.

This is my first bread maker so I can't compare it with others. However, I am extremely pleased with the product! I used to buy bread from the store and not on one occasion I got lumps of dough in the bread, which were not pleasant to eat. This bread maker solved that problem and I get to choose what ingredients go in my bread as well. I am now experimenting with ingredients and I couldn't be happier. It's also very easy to clean and maintain, not to mention it's very portable. The loaf lasts me for about a week - I usually consume 1-2 slices per day.

This little thing works perfect. Super easy to use and extremely satisfying to have fresh bread with no effort any time.

This is my first bread maker, and I was nervous that it was going to be a difficult process, but it's pretty easy. Add the ingredients, press a button, and after some time, you have something edible. So far I've made basic bread and cookie dough and both turned out great! The bread was even better on the second day and stayed soft for several days (the two of us ate it within 3 days). It doesn't make a very big loaf, but it works great for two people. I'm happy I purchased this item and can't wait to make different types of bread or pasta or pizza dough or more cookie dough!!!

Works well for bread and cake functions, easy to use and clean up too. Still need to try the dough and jam settings. I've been making bread or cake every other day because the pan is so small, but no need for preservatives!

Zojirushi always delivers quality. Unfortunately, I just dont get a great deal of use from this. For me, carbs are usually only desirable because theyre convenient.
