I love the idea of a documentary without the need for a narrator. The film let's Maria Callas herself do all the talking, and I loved watching some of the footage that I've never seen before. The film literally allowed the to witness music history in the making. When I first saw this film the theater I knew that I was going to want to own a copy. And now I do. If you are a fan of Maria Callas, this is an absolute must-own!

This documentary of the life of Maria Callas is a very good interpretation of the famous divas life and love. She was a great singer who had a very up and down life. She dies too young for the generation nowadays to appreciate her.

This is the best of all documentary features about Maria Callas. The director succeeds in creating a film about operas greatest diva in her own words, and in doing so, dispels many inaccuracies about her. This is a film treasure to own, even if you aren't a fan of Callas or opera.

very good movie - history of Maria Callas. Must watch.
