Very substantial, yet mouse landing pad holding screw seems inadequate. Overall very stable for keyboard. Need to be able to install screws to the underside of your table to mount.

The ergo keyboard is not very strong. First off is the mouse pad design. It's really small and not very good for an ergo mouse. The tray isn't big enough for an ergo keyboard. I'm making it work, but I can't use the mouse tray for the mouse. I still have to use my desk. The lock in place lever doesn't really lock in place. It slips occasionally. Maybe the next time someone makes an ergo tray, they should use an ergo keyboard and mouse.

This is good for my posture so my keyboard is in my lap and not high up on the desk which kills my back, arms, and wrists. The only problem i have with it is the mouse side board comes loose easily and does not raise up quite enough so you have to reach out fairly far to use.

Horrible product. Avoid like the plague. It sucks.

Love the flexibility and the fact that the mouse tray adjusts separately!
