I never got to use it and now I can’t return it to get a lawn mower.

Unfortunately I only used it once and it quit working. Contacted Snow Joe and tried a few things they told me to do. Didn’t work and still waiting on a replacement. It’s on back order. Do not recommend.

Terrible devices. It failed on its second use in light snow. It died in mid use and refused to start again with fully charged batteries. If it worked it promised to0 be a nice light machine for slightly snowy situations. But it didn't work.

if I could give this 0 stars I would. The first one I ordered worked for one row of snow. When I continued on the next row, it died and wouldn't restart. They sent me a replacement and this one doesn't work at all. A complete waste of time and effort and total piece of junk.

Just waiting on it to snow...still in box in garage, had same one just older model & battery was thrown out & battery that was suggested was wrong size
