This is the 3rd copy I have bought, I previously bought from Walmart, and a 3rd party seller through Walmart and both times I ended up returning for a cash refund because the discs are defective, some episodes skip, and freeze. Its unwatchable. So when this one did the same I brought it back to a best buy store and I was told that I couldn't get a cash refund because its illegal to do so if its an open package. Which again I've already done twice. Also they said I could only get an exchange.. which would have the done the exact same thing.. So I ended up having to settle with a BestBuy gift card. Which I guess is better than nothing but I almost didn't even get that because they wanted receipts from the other two... Like I would waste my time lying about it. I've spent the last month and a half trying to get my hands on a copy of this that doesn't have a defect as it was a gift for my fathers birthday back in mid December... So there is obviously a bad batch that needs to be recalled from several different places if not all of them.. Its ridiculous. I've even written a letter to universal studios (not that I'm expecting an answer back) but apparently they don't know about this.. So don't waste your money.. seriously it doesn't work...

Once again, Bobby Goren delivers a top notch performance, enhanced by Eames! Worth watching again and again.
