Gruesome fun!
12 hour shift is a good, gruesome horror story. I work 12 hr shifts in a hospital which drew me to the film. Its not oscar worthy, (hence the 4 star reward) but it is alot of fun.

A fun gross-out flick
An entertaining, but never ground-breaking horror film that looks and sounds great on Blu-ray.
