Awesome documentary about rock n roll
Anyone who loves rock n roll will love this film, and if you're not a fan of the Foo Fighters, you will be by the time this movie's over. Dave Grohl is a character! He's also one of the greatest musicians of our time.

16 years can try a band!
I have seen many artist/band documentaries lately, and none have come close to drummer Dave Grohl's drop from a suddenly ended supergroup like Nirvana? Play guitar and start from scratch! The bumps along the way would have broken up any band. Foo Fighter's are here to stay! Unbelievably documented footage telling the story of a roller coaster ride for 15 years to selling out Wembley Arena 2 nights in a row in less than a week!
Then what do you do? Make the best ablum of the band's carrer, not with protools, analog! That's right musicians, 2 inch oxide take was used in their latest album "Wasting Light"! The outcome is music at it's purist and by far the best Foo Fighters album in 16 years. Be a fly on the wall during the trying history of that band that almost wasn't! Foo Fighters, today's front runners and musical genius'!

Great Documentary
This is a great item for any Foo fan. The documentary is awesome and spans the whole Foo Fighters career - from Dave's recording of the debut album to the recording of Wasting Light.
The Blu - Ray looks and sounds awesome. The only downside is the extras. There are only interviews and very few recording sessions (of Wasting Light). It would've been awesome to see the full recording sessions or a full live concert. It's still a great film otherwise.
