This grinder is good if you are looking to crack wheat berries or other similar grains for breakfast type hot cereals. It did not grind my wheat fine enough to use in breads or cakes even after adjusting to finer setting and grinding multiple times

I used it once and returned it. I did a good job grinding almonds and cashews but it appears to be cast aluminum, not cast iron. I don't mind a bit of extra iron, but not aluminum. Product was from third party and BestBuy let me return it at the store.
