Alfred Hitchcock's only 3D movie!
|Posted .Found out this was not an "after conversion to 3D". The movie was actually shot in 3D by the master himself. You can note this as some scenes were compsed to add depth...lamps and flowers up close, characters in the mid, and walls/pictures at the back. Great 3D - a true cinamatogropher. Crystal clear images and sound. Amazing that we can see it even better now than it was able to be seen with the existing projection/theater technology of the day. (Note: this Blu-ray is a polarized 3D, not red/blue for todays technology.)

Great Movie
|Posted .Had seen this movie years ago. I was very pleased to find it in 3D. It was enjoyable to watch as the acting was enjoyable from what we see onm today;s TV. The plot was great and the video looked like HD. It was wonderful and very enjoyable for us and our guests. We recommend it.

Dial H for Hitchock
|Posted .Another classic Hitchock! He originally shot this in 3D, and that version has been remastered and included in this fine product offering! It's based on a play and thus Hitch films the majority of this movie in the single scene of the apartment...but one can hardly tell with his directing style. The character study also makes quite the Hitchock turn as you think about who you are "rooting" for at different times of the plot.

Another great one
|Posted .Alfred Hitchcock is one of the greatest film directors of all time. I love his movies & this is just another one to add to your movie collection. One of the few directors to make a "perfect" movie. A movie that has everything for everyone. I will not bother to describe this film, just sit back & watch it & enjoy it!

Great Throwback!
|Posted .This is a great movie that revives the 3D from original theatrical release. Have the standard format version in blu-ray, but this is a nice edition. If you love Hitchcock films and can view in 3D, this is a must have.

Interesting story - just OK 3D
|Posted .Very typical Hitchcock film ... and that's fine because all his films were at least very good or excellent. Shot with true 3D cameras, and projected using the polarization process (rather than the very much inferior multi-color anaglyph system). Some good depth scenes. However, some scenes outdoors used stock 2D backgrounds (like looking far down a city street, or a large ship at a dock) ... they looked fake because they were flat, while the foreground view was in 3D. But, all in all, an enjoyable film.
