I bought this along with the yogurt maker and an extra jar set. It wasn't available in store, but I recieved it very promptly. Originally, I had to rotate the top jars to the bottom half way through in order for a more consistent batch and cover it with a large towel. I also omitted the top center jar for better heat circulation. But then I made a cover from insulated window fabric (WarmWindow) and it made a big difference in the consistency of the yogurt between the upper and lower tiers. Bulky and hard to store if you don't have lots of cupboard space, so i leave it out with my insulated cover on (on top of my 'frig). Overall, very pleased with it's functionality.

This is just an expansion unit for the yogurt maker. It does NOT include any jars. When I make yogurt, I put the jars (from the machine purchase) on top and a glass bowl on bottom. Not much more to say. It's a cheap and worthwhile add-on.
