The size of this washer has been a welcoming experience. My previous washer had 3.2 cubic feet and this one is way more and has easily cut down the number of wash loads per week. So many different modes on this washer and having fun experimenting with it on various clothes. The manual lists some suggested wash load but does not cover all the available modes. A major reason I got this washer is because of the ULTRAFRESH VENT System with ODORBLOCK. I have been using the ULTRAFRESH VENT after I am completed with my wash loads and it will quietly go through the Fresh Vent cycle. It usually last about 2 hours. I have noticed that when it is done with the fresh vent cycle the Microban inside the door and in the dispenser do not get completely dry. I am thinking it does not matter since they are treated with the Microban anyway. So far so good as everything smells fresh and wonderful. The Wifi features are nice to let me know the current status of the appliance. Also, the smart dispense simplifies washing even more as I just fill up the dispenser with 50 ounces of detergent and it automatically determines how much to add to the wash load. Overall I am very happy with the product and finding ways to get more out of it.

So far, we are pleased with our new GE Profile Smart Front Load Steam Washer. My wife likes the large capacity and easy front loading. We like the smart detergent dispenser as we can fill it up and scan the detergent bottle and the washer knows just how much detergent to dispense. We also like that the app sends me notifications to my phone when the detergent level is low and also lets me know when the wash cycle is done.

I would give more stars if I could.. I honestly would. This new 950 Series is everything. It is heavy great looking advanced features. I had no issues wtf the Smart HQ app everything showed up. Believe me when it was time for my clothes to wash and be done I wish this model would have came out sooner than none. Auto dispenser is great holds alot. GE promotes Tide but when you go into the app you scan whatever detergent you have and it comes up and adjust the washer accordingly.. Wow.. Abs cleans tremendously well. I am more than pleased and satisfied. Very well done designed and built.

Love this appliance very easy to use and can do large loads which is helpful when you have 4 children
