These are in a family room for 80% TV usage. I also have the matching r2c in a 3.1 set-up with a 3-channel power amp. The wood finish and matching felt grills were a big factors in my decision, and the wife is very accepting of these little towers. The included feet are also quite pleasing. As for sound, I would characterize it as laid back with some HiFi traits when you push it. Sounds is pleasant at all volume levels. Dispersion is really great, clarity is shockingly good way off center. Mid bass is engaging and clean, but you'll need an external subwoofer for rumble. For a music focused setting, you can probably buy something more engaging for the price. For my family friendly setup, they have been great.

Great sound and soundstage. Pretty as well look great in any room

Best looking speaker out there. Incredible sound. Feel like it needs a sub tho

I am impressed with the build and design on these speakers - the best part is rewatching movies I have watched dozens of times and hearing sounds I never knew existed.

I was skeptical as this is my first set of high end speakers, the quality of sound and nuances are astonishing. Well worth the money.
