Nice Window A/C Unit
Purchased this for a bedroom and it has been keeping it cool, and cools it down very quickly. We are very happy with it. I would recommend this as a good purchase.

bad product worse service support
air conditioner new out of box installed it in window turned it on the next day it just blew hot air. Called LG support they laughed at me over the phone thought it was funny and told me to return it. I had to get someone to take it out of the window put it in my car and take it back. purchased another product that is working fine. terriable purchase and product

good unit just not strong enough
the lg A/C unit works good just not great I am not a fan of the 60 degree limit of coolness because even though it says its at 60 I know its not
