I’ve only had electric dryers before, but my new house had a hookup for a gas dryer, so I decided to give it a try. So far, it’s been working very well! Since I didn’t have time to do much research, I bought the model that my son recommended (he and his wife purchased one last year). I ordered it before I moved from Colorado, and am VERY impressed with the service from Best Buy! I received several appointment reminders, plus a call 1/2 hour ahead of the arrival of the technician. So far, it is working really well, and I think that the musical reminder when the cycle is done is SO much better than a loud buzzing noise!

Love my new washer and dryer. I really love the large capacity. I can wash and dry my queen size bedding including comforter in one load. Very easy to operate. The delivery guys were awesome in setting them up and explaining how they both operate.

I was a little skeptical at first with all the new gadgets and gizmos they put in these new units for "High Efficiency" ... BUT seems fine so far! Very large, spacious gas dryer. Easy to operate/learn. Installed myself with no issues at all! I even replaced my entire vent duct system that Ive been wanting to do for a few years No better time, as it gave me an excuse! Dries nice. Not sure Im very happy with the new "damp sensor" technology, due to MY own fears that some items might stay a little damp, while most others are dry ... if it is a heavier item mixed in with a bunch of smaller/lighter ones ... BUT no complaints so far! As for Best Buy ... my local store in Springfield, PA yielded me the opportunity to deal with John ... very knowedgeable, professional, and fast fast fast in accomodating me top to bottom! Overall a NICE dryer, and wonderful experience after replacing all TVs AND appliances following a house fire! (DEFINITELY an experience that relieved MUCH of the stress surrounding such a calamity!!!) A+++++!!!

This is very new and so far it has been doing a very good job drying the items. A few times towels or blankets needed extra time even when I had the sensor set for Very Dry. I was disappointed to realize this model does not come with a light in the dryer. There was a huge difference in price to the next model so even if I had not realized this, I am not sure I would have spent the extra money just for that feature. I am noticing that the lint screen does not get completely clean. Lint sticks to the outer frame and is very hard to remove.

This dryer is efficient and easy to use. I like the large drum size that allows the clothes to tumble freely and dry quickly.
