2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC ("Administrator"), 2 Woodstock Meadows Lane, P.O. Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who are: (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Winners of any Sweepstakes sponsored by Best Buy Stores, LP within the last six (6) months are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, affiliate employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Geek Squad, Inc., LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. ("LG"), and their respective advertising, promotion, fulfillment or production agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, and children. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on August 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 4, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Administrator's computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock.

5. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY:

You may enter the Sweepstakes in two ways: (1) if you are a My Best Buy™, My Best Buy Plus™, or My Best Buy Total™ Member you can enter through this link www.bestbuy.com/LGDreamTV (“Website”) found on Bestbuy.com. My Best Buy™ members receive one (1) entry and My Best Buy Plus™ and My Best Buy Total™ members receive four (4) entries into the Sweepstakes per day during the Sweepstakes Period^a or (2) if you are not a member^b, you may enter by sending in a business-size (#10) envelope with your handwritten name, address, e-mail address and phone number on a 3x5 notecard to Best Buy® LG Home Theater Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559^c. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 5, 2026, and received by October 13, 2026. Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of four (4) entries per person per day. For mail-in entries, the postmark date of the envelope containing the 3x5 notecard will be used to apply the entry limit. Violation of entry limit via any means may result in disqualification from Sweepstakes.

^a My Best Buy™ members may receive three (3) additional entries each day by submitting a 3x5 notecard to the designated address as per entry method #2 above.

^b You may become a member or upgrade your membership at any time during the Sweepstakes Period. 

^c A valid 3x5 notecard will result in receipt of four (4) entries. Each 3x5 notecard must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced 3x5 notecards will not be accepted and will not result in the receipt of entries.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS: Potential winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about October 14, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified on or about October 14, 2026, using the information provided in the entry and My Best Buy, My Best Buy Plus or My Best Buy Total member account information as per Sponsor’s records, to the extent applicable. Before being declared a winner, potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return within two (2) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a tax acknowledgement, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively the "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within two (2) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period may result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received. If any potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or does not provide the requested information in the allotted time, the respective prize may be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.

Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any delayed, corrupted or undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a potential winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a “spam” or junk folder as well as having an outdated or obsolete e-mail address on file with Best Buy® (if applicable).

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided on 3x5 notecard and/or reflected in their account for My Best Buy™/My Best Buy Plus™/My Best Buy Total™ membership. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. GRAND, REFRIGERATOR, TV AND LAPTOP PRIZE WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THEIR PRIZE. GRAND, REFRIGERATOR, TV AND LAPTOP PRIZE WINNERS FURTHER AGREE TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE 1099 TAX FORM, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER OR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER.

• TAX GROSS-UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also arrange for the Grand Prize winner to receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the Grand Prize winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross Up Payment will be $4,000.00. The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the Tax Gross-Up Payment will defray all tax liabilities incurred by Grand Prize winner in accepting the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of Grand Prize. Sponsor will not provide any assistance toward the Grand Prize winner’s tax obligations.

Grand Prize and Refrigerator Prize winners will be responsible for calling or visit their local Best Buy store to arrange for the delivery and Geek Squad installation of their Prize; delivery and Geek Squad installation is subject to availability, blackout dates, advanced notice requirements and additional restrictions. Geek Squad installation excludes haul-away of existing electronics as well as gratuity. Terms and conditions of Geek Squad Protection Plan apply to Geek Squad installation. Should Grand Prize or Refrigerator Prize winners decline Geek Squad installation, no substitute or alternative prize element will be awarded.    Bluetooth Speaker Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the 50 US/DC. Any expenses in conjunction with prize acceptance and use not specified herein (for example, costs or installation [excluding Grand Prize and Refrigerator Prize] and maintenance of prize and wireless internet access in using prize, as applicable) as well as any taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.  Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Only the number of each prize set forth in these Official Rules will be available to be awarded. In the event that a technical error or any other mistake, failure or discrepancy causes more than the stated number of prizes of each type of prize as set forth in these Official Rules to be promoted, available, or claimed, Sponsor will award only the stated number of prizes of such type of prize.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

9. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be released and held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected (online or mail-in) entries or postage due mail-in entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Entrant will bear sole responsibility for any charges imposed by their wireless carrier if entering the Sweepstakes via mobile device. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

Except where legally prohibited, Winners grant (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for Sponsor and its designees (including LG) to use such Winners' names, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by, or attributed to the Winners in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or further compensation and in perpetuity.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ONLY WARRANTY – IF ANY – ON PRIZES IS THAT OF LG; AND, SHOULD THERE BE ANY SUCH WARRANTY, IT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO ITS EXPRESS TERMS. 10. DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court located in Minnesota; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
