• It’s a completely free months subscription offer that’s typically given with another (sometimes unrelated purchase) I bought a new PC 3 weeks ago and received mine along with the new PC as well as an XBox game pass free months subscription card. Whatever code u receive will be valid as redeemable.

• Yes! Spent over $800 and said I was eligible for this item/product and yep, couldn’t get it either. Best Buy has the ABSOLUTE worst customer service or should I say lack of?! I’ve been a loyal consumer going back as far back as I can remember. We ALL know that doesn’t mean $ h ! t anymore. Loyalty is G.ON.E. That’s on my end too, Best Buy! ;) P.S. I’m shocked you were able to get in touch with anyone to get that answer!
