“I just bought my laptop in April of 2020 and yesterday The mouse out of the blue just froze , it will not move I’ve tried everything Is there a way to fix it without taking it in for Service? Please advise. Thanks”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You could try in buy a wireless mouse then proceed to see if your mouse needs a driver update. If not the only solution is to factory reset your whole pc but to back up everything. If you do not like that solution then call your service advisor

So first, make sure that wasn't hit because in some cases, it's really easy to accidentally touch that. Other than that, it could be a software issue. It's really hard to say without seeing the laptop and knowing the model.
