“I bought a computer in April, and got the Geek squad Protection on it. Currently it is not allowing any updates to be done on computer. Can I send the laptop with a family that is going to a Best buy store to have it checked for me? quarantined”

Geek squad care is only for the physical hardware. Drop damage battery issues lcd screen issues port issues etc... software will cost additional money to fix. I was bummed too to learn this aspect and they don’t seem to offer the software assistance package at time of sale.
