Can I access and run android applications null

Currently it does not. See below for a list of models that are confirmed to be getting it. https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/chromium-os/chrome-os-systems-supporting-android-apps?visit_id=1-636174072291317773-2583168481&rd=1 just because it isn't on the list does not mean that it won't get the play store in a future update.

You can run apps from the Chrome store on this Chromebook.
