• I just plug it into the regular wall socket which is 120-volt in the USA.

• I'm sorry, but I don't have that answer right now. I will try to find out and get back on here to report. I just know that it plugs into a regular house receptacle, with no special requirements or anything. I didn't even think about any of those details when I bought it. I live in the USA.
