QuestionI bought this device from Best Buy Shreveport, LA. less than a year ago, but the 128GB SSD storage is not adequate at all. Is it possible to upgrade the storage to a bigger SSD? if yes, then what is the type and specification of that replacement?

QuestionMy laptop sounds like it starts up fine, but the display sometimes shows thick lines flashing at a low intensity, sometimes the screen shows black and then nothing, and it stays blank. Other times, it turns on just fine. What could be the issue?
