Does this computer have current excel program null

Excel is subscription-based now. You have to pay a monthly fee to use it. (Try openoffice if you're not keen on this.) It comes with Office365 including Excel (as part of the standard WIndows 10 installation,) but like I said, you'll have to pay the monthly fee to actually use it.
