Call the 800 number and complain. You should have been contacted if they did not have the correct tech agent to do the job. I have gotten better service from using the "chat" feature online. The customer service agents when you call the 800 number make a lot of mistakes. They made 5 in a row for an install. That means I received 5 cancelations the day of the scheduled visit. You need a double agent to do wire concealment
