Hi Diego. Thanks for your great questions! To start with the missing parts first, definitely try and find those first because it may subtract the amount you could get back towards a replacement. Now, because the Xbox Elite One controller has been replaced, you'd get an amount back on a gift card to either put towards the Elite Two, a different model or something completely different. I'd recommend maybe calling your local Best Buy to see if you'll get the full amount back of what you paid, even without some of those parts. I hope this helps!
