Hi Jessica. Thank you for reaching out about this. The Geek Squad Protection plan, like other retailers, will have a deductible to get the unit replaced. With a phone, we don't charge that to repair it. Instead, you would be getting a new phone of the same model. I hope this clarifies a little bit.
