The term "drift" applies to the Joycons. It occurs when the Joycons move on your screen without you actually touching them. The best option is to take them to your local Geek Squad, or request a repair ticket from the official Nintendo website. Trying to repair them yourself is also and option, but may render the Joycons useless and may void your warranty. Hope this helps!
