Hi there, it normally cover 3 months to one year. Look at your brochure on the back page. Return it with your receipt. Unless you have an account like me and purchased extent warranty. No question ask. They will paid you back the value that you have paid. Cause it happen to my son on Christmas while we in Dallas vacation. Good luck
