• Yes. They will not budge on this point. If they don't have the same color they will order it if they can get it, if not they will refund your money. They absolutely will not give you a different color even if it's in stock.

• No. I returned regular controller and they let me upgrade to Elite 2 controller. Just had to pay the difference.
