The plan doesn't cover loss. I'm sure you could buy a USB wire fairly cheap.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have two options: Either go through Logitech, where they may send you a new one, allow you to buy a new one, or tell you to get lost. If they tell you to get lost, then bring in the mouse, say something else is broken, and get a new unit that way. Super easy. Geek Squad Replacement Plans are cool for that. Only start with the manufacturer because they may solve it for you, and if you go to Geek Squad for your replacement, your protection plan is considered "fulfilled" and you will need to re-buy the protection plan on your replacement product to stay protected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bestbuy does not carry replacement parts, those would be through Logitech. Bestbuy GSP would let you exchange for a new one but “uses” your GSP….
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue (was blind at the time). Got an el cheapo mouse with a USB transceiver and it worked. Most people have these laying around because they outlive the mice. Toss the clunky mouse, but keep the USB sprocket.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I lost a usb to my headphones they wouldn’t take the product back so probably they can’t take it back.
