“If I bought a headset and lost the mic piece what can I do?”

• Buy a new mic piece or just get a new headset and hold on to the receipt. In one week you'll lift up your sofa and the mic piece will fall out, then return the headset because it, 'isn't what you wanted'.

• you can contact best buy and see if they have a replacement piece or you can check with the manufacturer to see if they sell separate pieces or go to amazon and look for a generic cover that will fit your mic piece.
