“I ordered this plan for my external 8T hard drive however the plan shows a key board & mouse do I need to cancel and reorder clearly a mistake was made on the purchase plan why not show a photo of the hard drive”

• no just go to the register your Purchased Product and the Coverage will show the exact date of purchase that will match your item. no major problem.

• No. It you click on info, it should read exactly what product it was purchased for. The pictures are just "electronics".

• I would call the store or go in to the store. If you don’t live close by than I would cancel and reorder to fix the issue.
