Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Anything that goes wrong, you just unplugged take it in they give you what you paid for. Pick the the same one or pick a different one and you just pay the difference. Unlucky think you loose is the warranty it can not carry on to the new divice.

But as a company, we're always willing to help out however we're able. If you had questions with it, you could always reach out to your local Best Buy or to us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778. The scanner may have a one year manufacturer warranty but the Geek Squad warranty will cover much more for the hardware and make it simpler to get a replacement if need be.
