• All of my warranties come via email. I make sure to save to the important file. Hope this helps!

• the store can easily pull it up from the phone number of the account used to purchase

• They give you an option us your email address and you can still get your receipt when you pay. I used my Best Buy credit card to buy my purchase and all my information was there when they pulled up my bill

• Check you're bestbuy account warranty will be on account. If its still under warranty then take it to the store or setup a geek squad appointment.

• Hold on to your receipt as the protection plan is noted on there. If you have a best buy account, it will also be saved on there so make sure you sign up
