So you can have peace of mind that if something happens, we can pull up the plan through your account. You, yourself, can also see it online through your Best Buy profile. I hope this helps. When u purchase the protection in store they give u a pamphlet with the coverage on all ur electronics. and u also have a digital one on the bestbuy app.

We were assured a copy of the protection policy would be emailed to us, however, we have NOT received the documentation. 
I do have the store receipt that documents the purchase of the protection policy.

You will receive an emailed version of the Protection plan. I always print out mine just in case along with my receipt and photo copy everything just to cover my bases.
