“I was told when I purchased the Geek Squad Protection that if I didn't use it I would get half my money back. Is it automatically sent to me or do I need to apply for it? If so how do I go about applying for it? Thank you, Tim C”

I have bought 15-20 Geek Squad Protection Plans. Nobody has ever told me that. And I've never received (nor expected) anything back. That's kinda the point of insurance, isn't it?
