Is this just a swab or spit test null

It's spit... a lot of spit! The tube looks larger than what the sample size actually is, so don't be intimidated by the size. But it's most definitely spitting in a cup. And you have to avoid drinking, eating, and smoking for at least 30 minutes prior.
