• Trying to load the card thru the game itself. Purchased a card that happens to have a Z in the code. Nonsense that a code was allowed to be sold that cant be loaded. It is poor awareness by whomever creates these cards to not realize there are certain characters that SHOULD NOT be used when generating codes for this game. Clearly it's not just an anomoly with multiple identical complaints posted now.

• I just had this exact problem with a vbucks card for my son. I solved it by going to Fortnite’s website, linking to my Nintendo eshop account from there, and then following the prompts from there to redeem the card. It linked right up to my son’s fortnight account, and of course my phone’s keyboard doesn’t have the blocked-out letters that the keyboard on the Switch does.

• if it won't let you type in Z something is wrong then but if you put in a z and it works but it says incorrect then I guess you have to contact them and see what's wrong

• So You have to go to the website on the back of the card. if you already have and your wanting to see why than try to redeem it on a another device. ( website should be fortnite.com/vbuckscard) ; )
