Q: QuestionMy Sony A 6000 screen broke. I'm looking if I can get a replacement for it. It also has a couple scratches from normal wear. Would I be able to get a replacement?

• A:Answer I would go to the store and take my device with me. They will most likely tell you if your still covered and if you are atleast you have device and save a trip for running back home to get it. And maybe read over your paperwork. That may help

Q: QuestionI have the 2 year ADH 500-799.98 plan for the Galaxy S9. It stopped charging the other day. I have tried a new charger and that didn't work. I have also blown out the port with compressed air. My question is if I pay the deductible, do I get a NEW phone?
