There is an option on mine unnder sound that says bluetooth and optical, or tv speakers and bluetooth, or optical and bluetooth, just look a little deeper in your sound settings, i know i hooked up my daughter's cochlear implants that are bluetooth and have the tv speakers going as well, if all else fails call LG support or youtube it, Hope that helps and good luck!
