“I bought a $479 55” tv and the 5 yr extended warranty, I called and they decided they could not fix it, I want a $499 tv and will pay the difference of $20 but they will only give me $399. I don’t want the tvs in that price range what is my recourse?”

They priced our exchange based on current value.. TV’s have come down in price. We upgraded as well, but we’re pleased with the outcome.
