i purchased a samsung 70 class tv and samsung 3.1 channel sounder. the volume is stuck at one level and the remote will not change it. How do i get someone to my house to fix it . have the 5 year and 4 year geek squad protection. null

Usually on a TV that size in your contract should have home service available. Mine does. Give them a call. Hope that helps.
