Very simple here is how I understand the warranty to work if you purchased the appliance along with the geek squad, three-year warranty, and the problem you’re having now with it falls into that three-year warranty then all you should have to do is simply call up your local Best Buy and they should send somebody to either fix it or replace it. I don’t know if you need the receipt, but I know at the Best Buy I go to which is here in Long Island. They usually save all that information on their computer. Hope that helps!!
