Hi Becky. Thanks for your great question. Upon purchase of the product and protection, the 3 year protection activates right there. If at any time we needed to use your plan, we can access it by looking up your account information. There's nothing that you need to do for it at this point. These people are from another company and you could never go beyond their cycles of auto generated Q's and no support can be acquired. My view would be, dont pay here and save the money in case any repair is needed from outside.

You should have recieved a seperate e-mail regarding the warranty purchase, however you may not recieve the email until it is delivered. You can always go to your MyBestBuy account and you can view all your current warranties and subscriptions.
