QuestionCan you use a solution with the mopping feature? does it have different floor level recognition (i.e. rugs on hardwoods) Is there a self empty charging dock?

- Answer Yes, solution can be applied but please check the solution label carefully. Yes it automatically recognize rugs and hard floors. Charging dock is included, however not self empty trash bin.

QuestionI bought the S7 pro and it worked great, then when I cleaned the dust bin and put it back in, I keep getting a message that the dust bin is missing and the robot won't work. I have taken it out and re-installed the bin multiple times with no change.

- Answer At the first run, S7 scans your house with its high precision LiDAR, creates a map and save it in the app. Up to 10 different maps can be saved (for multi floors etc).
