On the Rocketfish 4-port switch you have 3 input's and only 1 output, make sure it is connected correctly. You would connect the U-verse HDMI cable to one of the three inputs then connect the cable to the TV from the output of the Rocketfish 4-port switch. If your using input 1 make sure your switch is on 1.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The HDMI cable does not "go from" the TV to the U-Verse equipment. It goes from the U-Verse to the TV. Connect the HDMI coming out of the U-Verse to one of the ports on the Rocketfish, and then connect the HDMI out from the RocketFish to the TV.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have AT&T U-verse. I did not attempt to unplug the HDMI cable from the U-verse equipment. I disconnected my DVD player from the TV, connected it into the Rocketfish connector, then the Rocketfish connector directly into the port on the TV. I also connected a streaming stick into the Rocketfish and used the Rocketfish remote to switch from one device to another. I turn off the Rocketfish when I only watch TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need two HDMI cables. One needs to go from your tv to the 4-port switch then from there to you u-verse. Once you have that done make sure that you have selected the right channel on your 4-port switch and it should work.
