This should be fixed with an HDMI reset. To do this, unplug the TV, splitter, and the DVD player. Disconnect both HDMI cables from both ends and then reconnect them. Plug in the DVD to the power and let it boot up before plugging in the splitter. After the splitter is on, then plug in the TV. This should fix the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a Samsung dvd player that had the same problem. Go into settings, select audio and switch on the hdmi output. If your dvd player is powered off by a slave port on a surge protector you will have to do this every time, I learned that the hard way. If your player is always on this should not be an issue. Hope this helps.
